LDP: Preparing for Secondary Headship

3 twilight sessions: 3.45 refreshments for 4 pm start.
Finish by 6 pm.
In addition, an opportunity to shadow a head teacher for a day, providing a close-up and honest opportunity for discussion and evaluation on the exciting opportunities headship enables.
